Australian Brown Flax Seeds 500g

Red Tractor Australian Brown Flax Seeds are grown in the rich volcanic soils of the Strathkellar Range in Western Victoria at Waltanna Farms, Australia's leading flax seed producer. Farming since 1876, the Nagorka family are 5th generation farmers and are dedicated to producing the highest quality seeds and grains using chemical free farming practices.

Flax Seeds (also known as linseeds) are gluten free and nutritionally dense. They are an excellent source of soluble fibre and provide 9 grams of protein per 50g serve. Flax seeds are also a source of key vitamins and minerals inlcuding B1, Vitamin E, Magnesium, Selenium, Zinc and Phosphorus.

Oat, Pea & Pancetta 'Ris-oat-o'

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the pancetta (or bacon) and cook for 2 - 3 minutes to render out some the fat. Add in the onion and garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes to soften so it becomes fragrant.
